Hi there! I'm Katherine

I am a Prekure Certified mental fitness & Cancer coach. I am a breast cancer survivor diagnosed in Jan 2016 with stage 2 breast cancer and am thrilled to share that I am in complete remission. I left my corporate life and trained to become a certified health coach and advanced Mental Health Certification.

By addressing these pain points, I guide women towards improved mental fitness and resilience. My survival from breast cancer is fuelled by my own awareness of my own struggle with burnout. My approach focuses on preventing chronic illness by reducing stress and improving nutrition, which are essential for optimal metabolic health ultimately leading to increased energy, improved performance and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
