Coriander Lime Kitchen Limited (hereafter referred to as “Katherine Froggatt Health & Wellness Coach”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Health Coaching, heath, wellbeing, nutrition and fitness services, and related programs, products and services (“Services”) online, via the Katherine Froggatt Health & Wellness Coach website(s) (the “Sites”) to individuals who use our Sites and/or register or purchase our Services (hereafter referred to as “Clients”, “Users”, “you”, or “your”). The following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as amended or modified periodically (the “Terms of Use”), govern your use of our Services and Sites.

Voluntary Data Collection

Katherine Froggatt Health & Wellness Coach collects information that you provide to us, including, but not limited to, when you complete a form, enrol in a course, join a Facebook group, enter a promotion, join our community, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, gender, age, payment information, and any other relevant information you may provide.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can refuse to supply personal identification information, but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Katherine Froggatt Health & Wellness Coach-related activities.

Data for Our Online Courses

Katherine Froggatt Health & Wellness Coach collects information when you visit any of our Sites or learning platforms. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with New Zealand law, and the laws of New Zealand are applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of, or related to, your use of the Services, Sites, and/or Content shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of New Zealand. The language of any proceedings arising from these Terms of Use shall be English.

Refund Policy

ENVATO PTY LTD

For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for our theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. TICKSY

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
