WHY WORK WITH ME

With over 20 years of corporate experience in sales and marketing across the tourism, media, and publishing industries in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, I have firsthand insight into the pressures faced by busy professionals.

As a Mental Fitness Coach and burnout survivor, I specialize in helping employees build mental resilience and recover from burnout. My approach integrates my passion for nutrition and lifestyle medicine, focusing on empowering professionals to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

In 2017, I founded Coriander Lime Kitchen, an Asian cooking school promoting whole foods and metabolic health, which complements my coaching practice. By combining evidence-based lifestyle strategies with practical support, I guide teams towards greater resilience, well-being, and productivity.

GROUP SEMINAR TO BUILD AWARENESS

Educate employees on the critical impact of stress on their mental and physical health. In these seminars, I introduce the core principles of the TRUST Approach—a sustainable framework that integrates nervous system regulation, metabolic flexibility, and emotional resilience. Employees gain an understanding of how chronic stress affects their bodies and learn about practical strategies to begin their journey toward better health.

GROUP WORKSHOPS TO IMPLEMENT & SOLIDIFY LEARNINGS

Provide hands-on, interactive learning experiences that solidify the concepts introduced in the seminars. These workshops focus on the practical application of the TRUST Approach and the TACTIC Framework (Trigger, Acknowledge, Connect, Tap, Identify, Check). Through guided exercises, participants practice stress management techniques, learn to regulate their nervous systems, and develop skills to improve their metabolic health. This collaborative environment fosters peer support and accountability, essential for sustaining long-term change.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING TO GAIN PERSONALIZED SUPPORT FOR LASTING RESULTS

Offer tailored guidance and support through individualized coaching packages. Over 6 or 12 personalized sessions, employees receive one-on-one coaching that addresses their unique challenges and goals. These sessions provide a safe space for deep exploration of personal health issues, emotional blocks, and stress triggers.

Our programs are delivered through a combination of group seminars, interactive workshops, and personalized one-on-one coaching either online or in-person.

Heal from Burnout for Peak Performance & Longevity

This seminar is a deep dive into understanding burnout—its symptoms, causes, and impacts on both mental and physical health.

Employees will explore how chronic stress and burnout affect the body, including insights into Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a crucial metric for gauging stress resilience and long-term performance.

Participants will learn about the "pillars of health" and practical ways to integrate these foundational practices into daily life, promoting sustained energy, resilience, and productivity.

The session includes:

  • Introduction to the Mental Health Continuum: Equip employees with tools to identify where they stand on the mental health spectrum—from thriving to crisis—and to recognize changes in their own mental wellness.

  • Understanding the Nervous System:

    Gain insight into how the nervous system operates and what happens when it becomes dysregulated. Participants will learn how chronic stress impacts the body and mind, leading to burnout, and discover strategies to restore balance.

  • Building body awareness: Encourage participants to tune into their body’s signals, fostering curiosity about how stress affects them and recognizing any symptoms they may be experiencing.

  • Proactive wellbeing support with Firstbeat:

    Discover how to use the Firstbeat device as a health wearable to monitor stress and recovery, empowering employees to take a proactive role in their wellness.

By the end of the session, employees will have clarity on stress management, practical tools to boost productivity, and strategies to enhance motivation and energy in both work and life. This new awareness of their body and nervous system supports personal and professional longevity, empowering individuals to thrive sustainably.

Health Reset: Reconnect for Renewed Clarity & Purpose

This interactive workshop introduces employees to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and its transformative tools, including the Hexaflex and Choice Point models.

Through a values-centered approach, participants will learn how to evaluate what truly matters to them, set meaningful intentions, and align their actions with their personal values.

Emphasizing the power of mindfulness, this seminar helps employees clarify their life dimensions, guiding them to prioritize actions that resonate with their true goals.

The session includes:

  • An introduction to working with personal values: Discover the importance of aligning with our core values and learn how to set intentions and goals that support meaningful, purpose-driven actions.
