Hello! I’m Katherine Froggatt, a Mental Fitness & Cancer Coach based in Queenstown, New Zealand, dedicated to helping employees and teams overcome burnout, chronic stress, and the looming threat of chronic illness.

My mission is to guide individuals toward improved mental fitness, resilience, and metabolic health so they can perform at their best, both at work and in life.

In 2016, I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer—a life-altering moment that led me to a path of deep self-healing and transformation. Today, I am not only a survivor in complete remission but a passionate advocate for using the challenges we face as catalysts for growth and change.

This personal journey inspired me to leave behind my corporate career and become a certified health coach through PreKure, where I also earned an Advanced Mental Health Certification.I specialize in a holistic approach to my coaching that emphasizes the critical connection between mental fitness and physical health.

My coaching approach is all about preventing chronic illness by reducing stress and optimizing nutrition—key components for achieving and maintaining metabolic health. Having lived the reality of a busy lifestyle, balancing work and two children, I was forced to re-evaluate everything after a Stage 2 breast cancer diagnosis in 2016.

This experience taught me the irreplaceable value of our health and the importance of doing everything possible to stay strong for ourselves and our loved ones.

As your health coach, I’m here to guide and support you on your path to wellness. You don’t have to do this alone; together, we'll move towards your health goals and help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

With over 20 years of corporate experience in sales and marketing across the tourism, media, and publishing industries in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, I have firsthand insight into the pressures faced by busy professionals. As a Mental Fitness Coach and burnout survivor, I specialize in helping employees build mental resilience and recover from burnout. My approach integrates my passion for nutrition and lifestyle medicine, focusing on empowering professionals to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

In 2017, I founded Coriander Lime Kitchen, an Asian cooking school promoting whole foods and metabolic health, which complements my coaching practice. By combining evidence-based lifestyle strategies with practical support, I guide teams towards greater resilience, well-being, and productivity.
