Some days can be challenging and feel extremely overwhelming. You are achieving at a successful career whilst juggling a busy family and caring for others, striving to be the best you can be for your loved ones. But who takes care of you?

Having lived and breathed this hectic journey myself for years, managing a busy lifestyle with 2 children and striving for perfection in everything I do, I was knocked off track in 2016 with a chronic illness diagnosis; Stage 2 Breast cancer. Cancer has taught me a valuable lesson; I only have one body and I will do whatever it takes for me to stay healthy and strong for all my loved ones.

As a Health Coach, I am here to work with you to support you through a journey to wellness. You dont need to do this alone, I will work together to define your goals over a fixed term.
