Hey Lovely, Want to know how good your sleep REALLY is?

Check your Sleep Quality, Answer these 3 Simple Questions:
1. How many hours a night do you sleep?
a. 4-5hrs
b. 5-6 hrs
c. 7 or more

2. How easy is it for you to fall asleep?
a. Always a struggle
b. Sometimes a struggle
c. Very Easy

3. How many times do you wake up in a night?
a. More than 2 times a night
b. More than once a night
c. Only once a night

If you answers are mostly As and Bs, WE NEED TO TALK.

Bad sleep will Kill Us and that is a scientific fact.

Sleep has always been a challenge for me. I am an owl who loves staying up and love the peace & quiet for me to get through my reading and Mental Health course work.I can function on a minimum of 6.5 hours sleep BUT when I get 8 hours I am on full charge and feel like wonder woman!  

This week has been a good test for me. Our brilliant Covid seal was broken by my darling son who tested positive. Because we were isolating as a family, we kept to our routine and went to bed earlier as I wanted our body to really fight any viruses we are exposed to.

As I was committed to staying well, I made sure that I went to bed at the time I planned and kept to my evening routine.

My Top Tip for you today to improve your sleep:
Create an evening routine and a good sleep schedule; a fixed time to go to bed and wake up.
