As I sit and reflect on my year I want to thank everyone of you for being on this journey with me.  It has been immensely fulfilling to be serving as a coach helping build more awareness towards better lifestyle and for some of you who have worked with me, helping you achieve your goals absolutely lights me up and gives me great purpose. I want to thank you for choosing me as your coach on such an honourable journey.

Every fact, tip and post I share, every newsletter I send expressing my thoughts is my way of sowing the seed of curiosity, to help you become curious on what can help you live a life of absolute freedom. A life free of chronic illness enhancing our health span not just our life span.  

Here’s my 4 Top Tips you must adopt before you go away for Summer holidays: 

  1. Pack wisely.  Shortlist your MUST HAVE foods and start packing them in zip lock bags or cook them in advance and freeze to take with you. Planning ahead helps alleviate the chance of you snacking on junk food when away. 
  2. Hydration during Summer is super important. Its a good time to include electrolytes (sugar free ones)  as most of us could be doing more beach activities and tramping so it is easy to forget to drink enough.  
  3. Reducing alcohol is going to help our sleep so it is good to consider some non-alcoholic options if you are having to drink every evening.  Ideally have alcohol earlier in the evening and avoid drinking too late in the night 
  4. Maintain a similar routine especially in the evening.  Obviously we will have some social evenings out with friends while we are away so try to have a maximum of 1 or 2 late nights a week so it has the least disruptions to our sleep quality. 

So here’s to YOU lovely, you have worked hard for 2022 it is time to honour your journey this year and celebrate the wins this year no matter how small.
